Awesome video, super keen to get more theming going.
Glenn. Mate. Stop giving away the secrets ;)
Nice post – Theming is fundamental to successful search results for your business and is complementary to well designed information architecture and navigation – double bonus.
Glenn, love the topic and love the video, this is a great and easy way to learn about theming!!
That was very useful, and triggers some ideas. Nicely done.
Great vid Glenn!
Have to agree with Clare – building topic-specific clusters of original content on your website will not only help your rankings, but also drive visitors directly to the pages within your site that are specific to what they were searching for – reducing bounce rates, and increasing conversions. Good stuff, keep ‘em coming. =)
Thanks guys. Appreciate your comments. Let me know if there’s anything specific you’d like me to do a vid post on!
Cheers.
Ageed. Focus and clarity is important, this is often hard to explain to site owners. But then again a lot of SEOs ignore the importance of thorough phrase research. I’ll have my link builders watch this video tomorrow morning.
Thanks Glen, that was interesting. As constructive criticism I’d recommend video posts to be no longer than 2 minutes though; snappier, capture your audience. The attention span of the viewer is under the same attack as the attention span of the reader in modern times.
Thank you for this video. It was very insightful and clarified several difficult concepts for me.
I Just love this video. Thanks for sharing this video.
